Myth 2: Due to the current economy, we can’t afford to take on any new services.
Reality 2: The Bigfoot service can be funded via savings-based commission (you pay a % of the contract savings we generate).

Myth 3: Our OEM's manage our assets and contracts through which we can obtain information as needed.
Reality 3: It's not the OEM's responsibility to track your assets, but to execute the contracts. Bigfoot offers an all inclusive service for auditing and managing assets and support maintenance agreements that delivers clarity for asset and contract management.

Myth 4: We already have a master service agreement with significant discount levels. Bigfoot wouldn't be able to offer these discounts.
Reality 4: Bigfoot offers the same or better pricing programs as your negotiated master service agreement.

Myth 5: We are locked into our existing partnerships and/or contracts.
Reality 5: If the customer prefers, all contracts have a "Convenience of Business Clause”, which allows cancellation. Otherwise, Bigfoot will supplement rather than displace existing agreements.

Myth 6: Extending our support contracts would be less expensive than buying new equipment.
Reality 6: Using discovery and analysis, Bigfoot will determine the most fiscally responsible course of action.
